5 Steps to Check the Condition of Your Hair

• Touch it! Does it feel dry or rough? Maybe it is silky and soft. You may even find it feels quite oily. How your hair feels is a sign of the condition of your hair. For instance, damaged hair tends to feel dry and rough.
• What is your hair type? Hair type is an easy way to figure out what products you should be using as most are advertised for certain hair types, for example, curly hair.
• Is your hair colour or chemically treated? These two factors will affect your strands and help you to narrow down what haircare you need.
• How much heat do you use on your locks? If you are a self-confessed hair straightener addict, then your hair could be showing signs of heat damage.
• Are you a style queen? If you love to experiment with different hairstyles, then your hair could be fragile and prone to breakages.
